Kayla Baker

Kayla Baker (she/her) is a sound practitioner and holistic guide who creates spaces of rest, reconnection, and renewal through sound healing, clean living, and the wisdom of the body. She weaves together ancient practices and modern understanding to support others in coming home to themselves with gentleness, intention, and in rhythm with the natural world. Through her offerings at All Tree Roots, Kayla supports whole-being wellness with a blend of mindfulness, sound, seasonal practices, and handcrafted herbal remedies. Her approach is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t have to be hard. It can be soft, joyful, and found in everyday moments of nourishment. Whether through a sound bath, a hormone-supportive recipe, or a natural salve made with homegrown calendula, Kayla’s work invites you to slow down, tune in, and live in deeper harmony with yourself and the earth.
