Stepping into stillness is easier when your body feels at ease.

A few thoughtful items can help you relax more fully, quiet your mind, and create a sense of comfort as you prepare to receive the healing vibrations of sound.

  • Yoga Mat
  • Blanket
  • Pillow or Bolster: Support your head, neck or under your knees! Especially helpful if you tend to get lower back discomfort.
  • Dress in Layers: Socks, shawl, hoodie
  • Water: Staying hydrated supports your body’s natural processing and integration after the sound journey.
  • Journal and Pen: Sound baths can stir insights, memories, or emotions. Writing them down can help you reflect and stay connected to what arises.

A GENTLE NOTE:

Try arriving 5–10 minutes early so you can settle in without rush. Give yourself a moment to get cozy, breathe, and land in the space.

There’s no right or wrong way to prepare, just bring what helps you feel grounded and supported. Trust your body’s wisdom, and allow yourself to receive whatever the experience has to offer.
