Kayla (she/her) is a trained sound practitioner and holistic guide who supports whole-being wellness through sound, movement, mindfulness, and natural body care. She believes healing begins when we return to ourselves—with breath, presence, and gentleness. Her work creates space to soften, reset, and simply be. Rooted in nature’s wisdom, Kayla blends sound, rest, movement, and herbal remedies to help others reconnect with their bodies and the Earth.
Aubrey Steele is a 200-hour Registered Yoga teacher and health coach with a deep passion for movement, self-care, and self-discovery. She believes movement is one of the most powerful tools for healing—helping us release stagnant energy, ground and invigorate ourselves, and elevate our vitality. Aubrey’s teaching encourages students to honor their bodies and move in ways that feel supportive and intuitive. Her classes blend mindfulness, breath awareness, and embodiment, creating space for inner exploration and connection.
