Preparing for stillness starts with comfort.

These simple items help your body soften, your mind settle, and your whole being feel supported for the journey inward.

‍Yoga Mat

Your grounding base. Choose something with a little cushion so you can fully relax lying down.

Blanket (Yoga Blanket or Cozy Throw)

For warmth and comfort. Your body temperature may drop as you unwind, so wrap yourself up in something soft.

Pillow or Bolster

Support your head, neck, or knees—especially helpful if you tend to get lower back discomfort.

Dress in Layers

Think socks, shawl, hoodie—whatever helps you feel warm, safe, and cozy as you rest.

Water Bottle

Hydration helps your body stay balanced and process the energetic shifts of the session.

Journal + Pen

Sometimes insights, emotions, or images come through. Writing them down helps you process and remember.

A Gentle Reminder

Try to arrive 5–10 minutes early so you have time to settle in, get cozy, and ground into the space. The more relaxed you feel, the more deeply you’ll receive.

There’s no perfect setupjust what helps you feel at ease. Trust your body, bring what feels good, and let the rest unfold.
